Auto & Technik Museum Sinsheim

Hello! Today’s Focus has decided to be an outstanding Technical Museum I visited in Sinsheim, Germany, which was officially opened in 1981. Downloading my photos from the phone, I caught up with this extraordinary memory and the sense of infinity of techniques from all over the world, it caught me again. There, a person can travel in time, and as long as he is curious and interested in this, he can get acquainted with many historical facts and see the exceptional models out there.
Let’s start from the beginning. Getting to the museum is extremely easy. It is located south of Frankfurt, about an hour and a half by car. There are quite a few signs of this extraordinary display of wealth. The huge parking lot is accessible and free for visitors to the museum. One of the first things that made me impression is working time. Wow …. no day off. Even on Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the museum has opened doors for all lobbies. We bought the tickets on the spot from the cashier and there was no problem paying for a card. The price was around 15-20 euros per person. They were all very polite and speaking English.
We found out that there are two exhibition halls. We visited the first and transferred to the battlefield. There was a rebuilding of military action with models of men and military equipment. It was done in an extraordinary way and the feeling you get in such a place is bumping. Walk, browse, read, and lose an idea of time and space surrounded by huge armies.
The second hall was something different. With the entry, your eye starts playing: antique cars and motorcycles of all ages, huge steam locomotives, Formula 1 legends, sports cars, agricultural machines, giant engines and much more. But what do we miss?!? There, one can touch and sit in the cockpit of both exclusive Concorde and Tupolev TU144. We definitely wanted to get closer to the charm of aviation, and our main focus was on the nearly 20 aircraft and the hiccups found in both the exhibition halls and the museum’s roof. Besides legendary supersonic planes, there are many more aviation history icons that one can admire. To get to the roof of the museum, we climbed on secure, winding stairs. My legs were trembling, the thought of where I was getting up and my fear of heights. But the interest prevailed . The feeling is indescribable and the view adorable. And here, one against the big competitors: Air France Concorde F-BVFB and Tupolev TU-144. Despite the superficial similarity, there are a lot of differences between the two soloists: in the construction scheme, in the flight management, in the engine systems. But it gets dry matter and theory. We have explored not only these two outstanding models, but also the legendary Junkers Ju-52, the Messerschmitt Me-109 combat aircraft and several others. After I looked at my watch, I realized that it had been over three hours, like a moment. I go down the stairs and head to the next showcases. I stopped before Brutus. There were quite a lot of people in this place and everyone wanted to know the history and the characteristics of this vehicle. The main question was: What is the cubic capacity of the Brutus experimental tool ?. Extremely!
I was hungry. There is also a restaurant for all visitors, with exquisite cuisine and aromatic coffee. You are in the company of supersonic jets, nostalgic racing bikes immersed in history and bliss.
