It’s hard to start writing about this so beautiful and comfortable city for me. There is always something new to see and be impressed by something really beautiful. Let’s start from there, it was in Germany and his name is Nuremberg.
Everyone going to a new location, expect to see something different, impressive. I arrived summer 2017g.v Germany. It was all very confusing to me because I had to settle down to live outside Bulgaria, a country whose language is not wield. Certainly it was not a problem. Quiet person may be fine in English everywhere. Social environment rather I missed, but peace everywhere arrangement and the fact that you do not enter personal space, definitely touched me very much. All have heard of the German order and that everything is on the thread. Yes, I would agree with that, but not completely. If after a while I will not feel a prisoner in this place with so many laws and regulations and tranquility I would be disturbed striving not to mistake somewhere … because I do not know if “Uncle policeman,” I will not be fined for a “smile” in the wrong place?!? Anyway. That’s not the topic I want to write.
Since the Middle Ages Nuremberg is a mirror of German history – exclusive, impressive, full of emotion, tension, grandeur and sentiment. The construction of imperial castle began 1140g. Fortress protect and thanks to that flourished arts and crafts. From the castle is a beautiful view of the city and can not but say that is definitely impressive. At sunset, with Prosecco in hand, listening to the birds above you – a delight for all senses. For lovers of flowers – available is the largest botanical garden in the castle, where you can sink into the beauty of the surrounding these colors.
Frauenkirche
From the fortress enters the Old Town, where everyone can be absorbed by the history and grandeur of this city. Center is beautiful and quite lively at any time of day. Small shops with souvenirs are located on one side of the main square; and on the other side one can admire the exceptional ice cream, watching the Roman Catholic Church Frauenkirche (Virgin Mary). It is a fine example of Gothic brick church with many preserved medieval relics. Speaking of churches, not to be missed to see the church of St. Lorenz (St.Lorenz) – exquisite Gothic architecture and a variety of artwork. This temple is home to one of the – largest organs in the world. I was amazed by a fountain located right in front of the cathedral. It says Tugendbrunnen and is quite provocative. Wondering what symbolizes not until a friend introduced me to his story. Each ornament and figure of the fountain symbolizes something: the lion symbolizes strength, sheep – patience anchor – hope … and exiting jets of water from the breast of female figures – the cleanliness and the lifeblood of breast milk (which has not been so characteristic of the 16th century). Definitely can not go unnoticed!
Another spectacular fountain is Schoner Brunnen. Fountain was built in the period 1385 – 1396g.i was rebuilt several times. During World War II, he was wrapped in concrete and so was able to preserve the bombing. It is a symbol of strength, majesty and love!

Time for a beer – a German, a local, cold and extreme. Bar Wanderer calls us. Following him were astonished at the wealth of historic buildings and places that the city offers. We came and what to see … many young people with beers or cocktails in hand, sitting on the ground of the paved square, with no music. But it certainly does not prevent them fun. Laughter and jokes could not hear anywhere, even teens playing cards – I could see. The initial impression is quite shocking, funny and you think it’s not for you, but it is interesting and you can really have fun. I even repeated … not sitting on the ground but it was nice and fresh frothy fluid “one time”.
I had enough time to get to know the city from the ground in summer and winter. The center was not far from the apartment and a rule walks almost daily and I identified something more interesting. A friend of mine joked with me that I “gourmet” tourist somewhere in his honor can not help but share my impressions of the typical kitchen area. Many people focus on burgers from veal and pizza. In typical Bavarian beer garden, the main proposing are sausages and knuckle garnished with sauerkraut and something like mashed potatoes, but not exactly. I tried burgers in several places, and certainly they deserve and are impressive. I have a few favorite places where we go with friends and enjoy good food, beer and spirits:

For pizza I would recommend an exceptional place on the center, it is not expensive and definitely very tasty. There you can hear me so melodic Italian, enjoying a delicious risotto with mushrooms or pizza, but also can watch and the process of preparing your food.

Enough food was already noon and began to lick a lot. I’m going to mention some sights not to be missed.
§ Documentation Center Rayhstagsgelende where the Nazis are held awe terror parades. In the northern wing of the unfinished Convention Center Nazi Party in Nuremberg today is a place where talking openly about past not to repeat his mistakes again.
§ Memorial Museum of the Nuremberg trials, where in 1946 were convicted criminals chief of National Socialism. Required memories of dark spots in the history of Nuremberg, which will forever remain part of it.
§ From the Middle Ages, Nuremberg is known as a city of toys. In this museum I returned to her childhood among dolls, wooden toys, doll houses, toy cars and Lego. Believe it or not – I went out.
§ I wanted to see everything I missed the good weather and the Zoo was a place that I could not visit. My friends share their impressions with me that the “home” of the inhabitants is quite large. There you can see over 3000 species. Dolphins and sea lions inhabiting the lagoons are one of the biggest attractions of the zoo. In the zoo move a replica of the first German steam locomotive, passing by the area with giraffes and into the lagoon with dolphins … Wow!
It’s winter! Time mulled wine, cinnamon sweet, warm moments and gossip. In this so beautiful city is one of the most – beautiful Christmas bazaars not only in Germany, but even in Europe. Christmas cheer, warmth and comfort. More than 100 mini-shops and tents create a festive atmosphere with handmade ornaments and gifts, and the aroma of gingerbread, mulled wine and roasted sausages is all around you. And yes! My eyes shone like those children, discovering the beauty of this 400 year old Christmas bazaar. I gave to the multitude of delights for the palate and soul and forgot about the freezing temperatures outside. December connect with many celebrations, meetings with my favorite people, more relaxation and fun. One can spend many wonderful moments around the holidays, as long as you create Christmas mood and indulge emotions. There is no sense depressed that outside is dark and cold – a Christmas song, good company and innocent smile is enough to make my day better. A soft and fluffy snow is the perfect finishing touch.
They stayed many more places to visit, but unfortunately my stay in this city so awakened to an end. But I’m sure my time is a good friend and will again bring me right here in Nuremberg to catch up missed meetings and walks. The city is filled with nice people, interesting buildings, collections, beverages and spirits. Morning coffee and Saturday – Sunday outings in a pub through the streets of the old city with close to me people will definitely miss, but … Such is life!
