Can you guess the Christmas spirit if you see it? Unfortunately, I rarely meet him in his case. It’s basically something like, “What do you want for Christmas?” And “What can we do for dinner?” There is very little total amount that is much less than necessary.
At the beginning of December, I wrote a note in which I threw down some ideas titled “Do It”. It was an ideal way to spend such emotional days in December. I was so refreshed, filled with hope, new ideas and kindness. The Christmas spirit was in my heart! You can not buy it and you can not get it from anyone else. I like the fact that the holiday unites people.
For me, Christmas is a religious holiday, but also inspiration, family holiday and proximity. It is the foundation of Christianity – the Nativity of Christ! This great day has become a day of love, time for family and friends, time to go back to our most faithful values, focusing on the people we love. After all,
Christmas is a time to donate love to those who are close to us, and everything else is just an addition, let’s not forget it. Christmas is the occasion for smiles, meeting friends and sharing moments. It is human to give …
- Be compassionate to someone who is hurt …
• Give the gift of time to someone who has to voice his thoughts out loud. Look at it in your eyes and really hear what she wants to tell you.
• Christmas is the day of gratitude to people. Thanks!
• Encourage someone who is disappointed or discouraged ….
I am happy that not only as a child, but now I spend Christmas Eve and Christmas with my parents and my family. These small, sentimental and emotion-filled moments are invaluable to me: the comfort of home; the aroma of pumpkin and mandarins; eating beef, beans and dak kapama. As a child, making a snowman, sledding, frozen and drooping nose and wearing such a terrible knit sweater was a tradition. Wonderful! I do not think these deep moments have to be lost, and the snow and the holidays unlock the child in me with wet socks and snow entertainment. Christmas drives me to forget the bitterness, brings me to the country of dreams and hope.
There is nothing better than shared happiness – to discover the Christmas spirit and to show it to others. Here are the thoughts that caught me: the Christmas spirit at home, away from greedy feelings, eloquence and poses.
1. Christmas movies! I can not lie, I’ve seen over ten of them and definitely
could see a few more. As my husband says: Christmas is your holiday.
2. Christmas music – especially the collection of Frank Sinatra
3. Buying gifts – modest but from the heart
4. Decorating the house and the Christmas tree; beautiful shimmering
lights; handmade toys and garlands – precious e …
5. Gingerbread cookies – mmmm I want more and more
6. And last but not least: the holidays are time to take care of the
people around us – those who love us more than anything. There is nothing
better than to sit warm and drink wine or hot chocolate with your best friends
or with your parents.
The festivals are a wonderful time and there is nothing better than spending them with the most wonderful people for us. Though grown up, hurried and tired, the flame and the magic of Christmas burn in us. Sometimes we forget, but there is always a small fraction of faith that makes us smile, fly on the wings of humanity and imagination. It is this faith that makes our eyes shine, burning fire in our hearts and making us better and nobler. Let’s never lose it! Amen!
